LONDON'S FAMOUS ROSEMARY SHORTBREAD
HOW TO DO IT:
PREHEAT 325°F
MIX these dry things together in processor
LOTS of ROSEMARY - Off the sprigs
(I use about 5 sprigs. Can you really have too much?)
2 cups FLOUR
⅔ cup SUGAR
1 teaspoon kosher SALT
ADD
2 teaspoons HONEY
½ teaspoon VANILLA
2 sticks soft BUTTER
Slightly MIX in processor until right when it
starts to make a dough ball (no longer)
SMOOSH into a 9" cake pan lined with parchment paper
Optional sprinkles on top:
Sanding Sugar
Lavender
BAKE 325°F 35-40 minutes until slightly brown
