LONDON'S FAMOUS ROSEMARY SHORTBREAD
PREHEAT 325°F
MIX these dry things together in processor
- LOTS of ROSEMARY - Off the sprigsĀ
(I use about 5 sprigs. Can you really have too much?) - 2 cups FLOUR
- ā cup SUGAR
- 1Ā teaspoon kosher SALT
ADD
- 2 teaspoons HONEY
- ½ teaspoon VANILLA
- 2 sticksĀ softĀ BUTTER
Slightly MIX in processor until right when itĀ starts to make a dough ball (no longer)
SMOOSHĀ into a 9" round metal cake pan (or other kind) lined with parchment paper
Optional sprinkles on top:
Sanding Sugar
Lavender
BAKE 325°F 35-40 minutes until slightly brown
